"Sometimes adult behaviour can really mess things up for kids - Often, kids grow up to behave the same ... and the same and the same" Janice Percy (Co-Founder ADPA)
"Performing can change people's lives, I know from personal experience. ADPA provides the bridge to a positive future and I look forward to helping ADPA in the new year" Rowetta
TV Celebrity / Political Body Language Expert Robert Phipps comments on ADPA
"Children are the future of this country and building their self-esteem and confidence is key to building our own future too. Children grow up in a very fast paced world now, much of which is technology related. Getting them together Face-to-Face builds self-esteem and confidence, which cannot be gained through technology. ADPA gets them off the streets and gives them a feeling of security in an ever changing world."
ADPA secures new premises opening up a range of exciting new opportunities
Everyone at ADPA are delighted to confirm that we at long last have acquired our own dedicated base. The building we have secured will require a lot of hard work and investment in order to bring it up to scratch. We hope that refurbishment will be completed by February / March.
Our performing arts projects will always continue to take place from the Baillie Street premises in Rochdale.
Over the coming weeks we will have lots of exciting news and opportunities! Keep checking back here for updates!
In the meantime we have several associated volunteering roles due to commence shortly so please call Janice 0741 1234 698
